The Clemco 2452 - 200 Lt sandblaster is a large capacity 200 litre sandblasting machine, which represents an ideal solution for those who need an optimal combination of mobility and high performance. Thanks to its size and the provision of wheels and lifting hooks, this unit can be easily transported and positioned anywhere, while ensuring long operating times.
Designed to effectively remove rust, paint, limescale and other contaminants from metal surfaces, but it is also versatile and safe on more delicate materials such as wood. Thanks to the power and precision of its abrasion system, this sandblaster guarantees a deep and uniform cleaning, leaving the surfaces completely free from residues and ready for subsequent treatments.
Flexibility in pressure control allows you to adapt the blasting force to safely treat even sensitive materials.
Equipped with an advanced remote control system, including the Contracor DMH Deadman Control Gun . This system allows the operator to precisely manage the activation of the abrasive jet from a distance, ensuring maximum safety and control during blasting operations. The Deadman Control Gun allows the flow to be immediately interrupted if necessary, reducing the risk of accidents and increasing operational efficiency.

1. Connect the air inlet hose (INPUT) from the compressor to the sandblaster.
2. Insert the abrasive (sand) into the top of the machine.
3. Activate the control valves and use the Remote Control system to safely start and stop the abrasive jet.
