The Swimming Pool Robot Repair service by MetodoBlu is designed for those who want to repair their robot in a simple, convenient, and fast way, with the assurance of receiving an accurate diagnosis and a 100% free quote before deciding whether to proceed with the repair.
The service includes a €19 package that covers home pickup by courier, fully managed by us.
How the service works
Once we receive the robot, we carry out a full technical inspection and send you a detailed quote that you can review freely before proceeding with the repair.
The €19 package includes:
- home pickup by courier;

Service timing
The diagnosis is completed within 2/3 days from the robot’s arrival at our facility.
Once the repair is confirmed, the intervention is normally completed within 24/48 hours.
Overall, the total service time is approximately 4/5 working days, plus the courier’s transit time.

Dirty items will not be accepted.
