REQUIREMENT NUMBER 1

The Rotowash must be carefully packaged for shipping: wrapped with bubble wrap and protective material. It is important to use padding material on all sides to absorb any impacts. (Example materials: paper, foam, polystyrene, cardboard, etc.).

Never pack the Rotowash without padding material. Any damage caused by improper packaging during shipment is the responsibility of the customer.

REQUIREMENT NUMBER 2

Insert inside the package a letter including the contact details entered at the time of the order, the issues encountered and finally the return address for the Rotowash after the service is completed.

REQUIREMENT NUMBER 3

Complete cleaning of the Rotowash is mandatory. The brushes and tanks must be thoroughly washed and cleaned. Everything must be shipped dry.

Dirty items will not be accepted.
