Special Sales Conditions for Refurbished, Disassembled, and Tested Parts

Returns not available for incorrect diagnosis, unverified incompatibility, or defects not related to the sold part.

The product in this sale is a refurbished part, disassembled from another product/equipment, checked and tested before shipping. Being a used component and not a new product, the customer acknowledges full awareness of the nature of the purchased item, its condition, and its intended use as a replacement part.

Before purchasing, the customer must carefully verify the compatibility of the part with their product/equipment, referring to the manufacturer code indicated in the title, description, and/or listing photos. In case of doubt, the customer is invited to contact us before purchasing to receive written confirmation of compatibility.

The seller cannot be held responsible if the product/equipment on which the part is installed has additional defects, pre-existing faults, electronic, mechanical, or other anomalies that prevent proper functioning even after the installation of the purchased part.

The warranty provided covers only the sold part and covers any defects inherent to the component, within the limits of the warranty indicated in the listing, equal to 12 months from the delivery date, unless otherwise stated in the product sheet.

Any requests for returns, replacements, or warranty interventions will be accepted only if the sold part is actually defective, non-functional, or not compliant with the manufacturer code indicated in the listing and product photos.

Requests for returns, replacements, or refunds due to incorrect fault diagnosis by the customer, incompatibility of the part with the customer's product/equipment, incorrect assembly, tampering, improper use, damage caused during installation, or additional defects not related to the purchased part will not be accepted.

In case of doubts about compatibility, the customer must contact us before purchasing. If the seller expressly confirms in writing the compatibility of the part based on the information provided by the customer, the seller will be liable only within the limits of that confirmation and the information received. No liability is assumed if the information provided by the customer is incomplete, incorrect, or does not correspond to the product/equipment actually in their possession.

By purchasing, the customer declares to have read, understood, and fully accepted these special sales conditions, which form an integral part of the sales contract.

In any case, the provisions of the mandatory applicable consumer protection laws remain unaffected.
